If you would like to delete your account from the Hlogistics Driver App, please follow the steps below:
How to Request Account Deletion
Send an email request to:
Please include the following details in your email:
- Your Full Name
- Registered Phone Number
- Registered Email Address
- Reason for deletion (optional)
Processing Time
- Your request will be processed within 5 to 7 working days
- You may be contacted for verification before deletion
What Happens After Deletion
Once your account is deleted:
- Your profile and personal data will be permanently removed
- You will no longer be able to access the app
- Any active jobs or assignments will be cancelled
Data Retention Notice
Some data may be retained for:
- Legal compliance
- Financial records
- Dispute resolution
This retained data will not be used for any other purpose.
